Using a cloud based platform solution that delivers Business Intelligence as a service model; BDS uses internal/external information and customer database information to make critical decisions. BDS gathers, extracts, cleanses and mines both structured and unstructured data, then puts it in a useable format for them to use.

Outsourcing critical tasks to BDS, LWW is able to access accurate data which they can use to make better decisions. With tools in place to help them improve turnaround time on reporting, they have been able to reduce error rates and save time and money.
ETS Reduces Costs with Data Improvement Services
Challenge:
ETS was struggling to process student tests and college entry applications in an accurate and timely manner. They reached out to BDS to improve turnaround, accuracy and data entry costs.
Solution:
Using a customized solution from BDS, we have been able to help ETS process educational tests by extracting and processing data for entry into a test database (paper to data). Student application emails are captured, images are emailed and their name is sent via batch to BDS, then keyed, verified, QC’d and processed data sent to client (paper to data).
Results:
Leveraging solutions from BDS, client now receives accurate data at a lower cost. Additionally, they have improved their project completion timelines.
